This is how every journy begins in our shop. We are a team of retro enthusiasts, in love with the decades that defined an era: the golden 50s, the colourful 60s, the electric 70s and the unforgettable 80s.
Radio Yeyé was born out of a simple passion – almost an obsession – for rescuing objects with a history, a personality and a unique style. Our purpose is clear: to give a new life to forgotten treasures of the last century, restoring them with care so that they can regain their beauty, be functional and live with us again.
Our main objective with our platform, rather than selling objects, is to share experiences. We want everyone who gets something from our collection to feel that they have recovered a piece of history, an emotion or a memory.
A shop with history, but no shop windows
Radio Yeyé has no physical shop. Our shop is completely online, as if it were a retro radio station broadcasting on the “Internet” frequency. Every item you find on our website has first been through our workshop: we clean it, check it and, if necessary, repair it with original or compatible parts, always respecting its aesthetics and original spirit. It’s not magical, but it feels like it.
The majority of our items were manufactured between the 50’s and 80’s, although from time to time we find an even older treasure that we simply can’t pass up. Instruments, cassette players, toys, lamps, small appliances, kitchen and decorative objects… each piece holds a story, and we want you to be part of its next chapter.
Our commitment
In addition to our passion for retro, we are also driven by our respect for the environment. Whenever possible, we use recycled materials for packaging and try to reduce unnecessary waste. To give objects a second life is also a way to take care of the planet.
